Thus far out of all the orders placed on Alibaba this a customer last experience. I had not tracking or visibility on the shipment up to and including final destination. I had asked for tracking nuemerous times over the delivery period which was significantly longer to complete than promised and never received what was asked for due to poor communication or possibly someone without authority or taking the responsibility. Unless I get assurances in writing this will not happen again, I will be looking for another manufacturer of this product.
